※ For rack design, our company has jointly developed rack design software with Beihang University to ensure the verification of strength and stiffness stability.

※ To ensure safety, reliability, and long-term use, our company promises that all key components of the racks are made of high-quality steel (model: Q235B and Q355D for cold storage ).

※ Strict adherence to ISO 9001:2015 quality management system ensures comprehensive product quality assurance.

※ Rigidity and strength of the racks comply with the national industry standard JB/T5323-91.

※ The main structural steel used in the racks is sourced from Baosteel Group or other steels of equivalent quality.

※ The racks are manufactured using specialized equipment such as vertical shearing machines, high-precision cold bending rolling mills, CNC continuous automatic punching presses, shearing machines, and bending machines, and are inspected using corresponding testing equipment.

※ Welding of the racks follows national standards, with all welding done using Japanese OTC CO2 protection welding machines, ensuring smooth and aesthetically pleasing welds. The main welds of the beams are welded by automatic welding beam production lines or robot automatic welding, guaranteeing weld quality and smoothness, and ensuring no weld detachment or virtual welding phenomena. Each welding joint is manually cleaned of slag and polished.

※ Equipped with two fully automatic high-pressure electrostatic spraying production lines, the surface treatment of the racks adopts epoxy resin powder electrostatic spraying technology, with a coating thickness of 60-80 micrometers. The powder coating uses Jordan and Nippon powders, with electrostatic powder adhesion meeting the level 0 requirements of GB92865-88 standard, and surface quality complying with the provisions of GB8932-88 standard. The hardness (wear resistance) is more than 100 times that of ordinary nitrocellulose paint.
