Push-back Racking

Push-back racking, suitable for storing large quantities of goods with few varieties, is one of the high-density storage racking. According to the principle of "first in, last out," pallets are placed on carrier trolleys, and they are sequentially pushed back into the interior of the shelf along the inclined track. When picking up goods, after the first pallet is picked up, the next pallet slides to the picking point on its own. The safety and operating efficiency of the shelf are higher than those of the drive-in racking, and it has low requirements for forklift operation, only requiring operation at the aisle entrance, which improves operational safety.

Advantages:

√ High-Density Storage: Maximizes storage space for large quantities of goods.
√ Efficient Retrieval: Easy access to goods with "first in, last out" principle.
√ Automated Movement: Pallets move back automatically, streamlining picking.
√ Improved Safety: Safer and more efficient than drive-in racking.
√ Operational Simplicity: Requires forklift operation only at aisle entrance, enhancing safety.
