The mezzanine uses medium-duty or heavy-duty racking as the main body, and the floor panels are usually cold-rolled steel floor panels, patterned steel floor panels, or steel grating floor panels, which can be designed as single-layer or multi-layer structures. It can be equipped with stairs, lifting platforms, lifts, conveyors, forklifts, etc., to realize the storage and retrieval of goods on the upper floor. The unit load of the mezzanine is usually within 500Kg, the floor spacing is usually between 2.2 meters and 2.7 meters, and the height of the top racking is generally about 2 meters, fully considering the convenience of operation by the staff. It is widely used in scenes where the warehouse is high, the goods are small, the storage is manual, and the storage volume is large, saving warehouse space.
