This customer is a high-tech enterprise mainly engaged in research and development, production and sales of 200mm and 300mm integrated circuit silicon wafers, advanced equipment and advanced materials. Dongjian team provides a customized efficient racking solution based on the project requirements, which includes the following aspects:
 
Racking System: Dongjian team adopts composed of shelf system, stacker system, conveyor system, power-assisted manipulator system and warehouse management control system. The core equipment is independently developed and tested periodically through a systematic scientific method. It ensures the stability and reliability of equipment operation, and the strong availability of the system. The warehouse management system is docked with the manipulator equipment to achieve flexible scheduling and efficient and accurate picking.
 
Aisle Design: According to the on-site conditions of the project, Dongjian team designs and customizes the aisles to ensure stable operation of the stacker crane in the aisles and smooth storage and retrieval of goods. The overall asymmetric structure of the racking system, with two different aisles, avoids the conveyor line at the end, and the support under the 8.5-meter cantilevered rack is customized according to the site conditions, ensuring the safety and stable operation of the system.  
Installation and Commissioning: Dongjian team is responsible for the on-site installation and commissioning of the racking system, including the installation and commissioning of automated equipment such as stacker cranes and conveyor lines, to ensure the normal operation of the system.
