Project Overview
This project is applied in the field of warehouse management for the Furniture industry, aiming to provide efficient storage and scheduling solutions. The warehouse covers a total area of 1120 square meters, with racking heights reaching 7 meters, accommodating a total of 1300 storage locations, with a maximum capacity of 2 tons per square meter. To enhance the efficiency and accuracy of goods scheduling, Dongjian incorporates automation equipment such as four-way shuttle vehicles, lift systems, AGV forklifts, along with integrating WMS/WCS warehouse management and scheduling software.Project Advantages
1. Efficient Storage and Scheduling: Dongjian's four-way shuttle vehicles, driven by electric power and equipped with intuitive control panels, enable simultaneous operation of multiple vehicles. This significantly boosts the speed of goods retrieval and deposit, simplifying warehouse management processes to a great extent.
2. Optimal Space Utilization: The design of the four-way shuttle racking system is aimed at maximizing space utilization. Compared to traditional racks, this system increases storage capacity by two-thirds, achieving 90% ground space utilization and around 90% overall space efficiency. Through software-driven scheduling, direct access is achieved, breaking the limitations of the first-in-first-out principle and effectively optimizing storage methods.

3. Robust Fault Tolerance: Long-term stable operation is the ideal state pursued by all projects, but failures are unavoidable. Dongjian's solution applied in this project effectively addresses how to minimize the impact and losses of failures, or even avoid them altogether. If a shuttle vehicle or lift encounters issues on-site, the intelligent scheduling system dynamically reallocates operating equipment to ensure uninterrupted system operation, reducing the impact of any single failure.
4. Enhanced Racking Manufacturing Precision: To meet the operational requirements of the four-way shuttle vehicles, Dongjian emphasizes the importance of manufacturing precision. The design details of the main track and directional tracks are meticulously crafted to meet the unique requirements of shuttle vehicles. The maximum error in the length of beams produced by Dongjian is 0.5mm per section, and the total length error of columns is maintained within 2mm. This unwavering commitment to precision ensures system reliability and stability. Furthermore, the seamless integration of the lift system and the racking ensures smoother system operation.

5. Rigorous On-Site Installation: Dongjian places particular emphasis on details during on-site installation, conducting precise verification of each track. Adhering to strict standards, the installation tolerance of internal frame dimensions is accurately controlled within ±2mm, and the installation of racking components strictly follows Chinese standard specifications.
